ART IMITATES LIFE, LIFE IMITATES ART

Art is everywhere. However, we do not understand it enough. 'Act-Art' is a knowledge collective wherein we democratise knowledge and theory about art history, media studies, cultural studies and aesthetics. The broader goal is for us to extend this theory to practice and use it to create action.

Sometimes, however, art makes nothing happen. This too, we should realise, is an essential function.

We want to constantly add new resources and materials to this collective. Please share any leads on theteenagelens@gmail.com
